Play Park and Amenity Land

Work is ongoing to maintain the park and amenity land on Nocton Park.

Wood mulch is regularly replaced on the play park with the next delivery scheduled for the end of April 2021. This is to ensure the area around the swings and slide are safe for the young children that use the area. The mulch costs around £500 per load.

Grass cutting is completed on a regular basis to maintain all the amenity land. We have a hope that the estate will be kept to the highest standard and benefit all residents.

Tree surgeons are employed to maintain the trees on the estate with TPO's. If you have a requirement for tree works close to you home you will need to complete and return a "Proposed Works To Trees" form and return it to NKDC.
